We stand by our work. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the service you received:
- Let us know before we leave the job site, and we will make it right on the spot — whether that means hauling more, cleaning up better, or double-checking your requests.
- If you discover a problem after we’ve left, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll come back to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

💵 Refund Policy
Because junk removal is a service-based, on-site industry, our standard policy is that all completed services are non-refundable. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. Refunds or partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If you cancel before we arrive or if we’re unable to complete the job due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided did not meet our agreement or expectations, and we are unable to resolve the issue through a return visit or correction, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Overcharges or Billing Errors: Any billing errors or overcharges will be corrected immediately, and appropriate refunds will be issued.
📅 Cancellation Policy
We know life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- No fee for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- A $50 cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service window, especially if our crew is already en route.
